Kalms Day Tablets are a traditional natural drugs designed for the momentary relief of signs associated with stress resembling mild anxiety.<\/p>\n

How should I take Kalms Tablets?<\/h2>\n
\n

Adults and the elderly: Take 2 tablets three times per<\/a> day with water after meals.
\nFor oral short term use only.
\n-The tablets should be swallowed whole with some water or other liquid.
\n-The use of this product in children or adolescents under 18 years of age is not recommended<\/a>, and medical advice should be sought if taken.
\n-As treatment effects may not be apparent immediately, this medicine should be taken for 2-4 weeks continuously
\n-The maximum daily dose is 6 tablets.
\n-Do not take more than the leaflet tells<\/a> you to.
\nDuration of use – If symptoms worsen or do not improve after 4 weeks, a doctor or a qualified healthcare practitioner should be consulted.
\nIf you take more Kalms Day than you should – If you take too many tablets, consult your doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner as soon as possible.
\nIf you forget to take Kalms Day:
\nDo not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.
\nIf you are unsure about anything, consult your doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner for advice.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

What are the side effects of Kallms Tablets?<\/h2>\n
\n

Like all medicines, Kalms Day can cause side effects, although not in everyone.\u2022 Gastrointestinal effects such as nausea and stomach cramps have been reported with Valerian root preparations. The frequency is not known.
\n\u2022 If any of the side effects become serious, or if you notice any side effects not listed in this leaflet, please tell your doctor or pharmacist. Are there side effects?
